Snow!

So the other day it snowed outside and I decided to take Riley out to enjoy it- and man did she love it! She looked so cute in her snow gear! Soon I want to take her sledding, I think she would love that!

Christmas!

We were all very excited for Riley's first Christmas! Christmas eve we got her in her cute little "Baby's 1st Christmas" Pj's and went to bed. Christmas morning she opened her presents from Mommy and Daddy, Nana Jean, and Nana and Pops. She opened the rest of her gifts later that night when the rest of Andrew's family arrived. She had so much fun!

Baby, It's Cold Outside

And my has it ever been! The weather has just been crazy, I'm convinced it's preparing me and Riley for Maine winter! This past weekend we took pictures of Riley and the dogs in front of the fire place in her little Christmas dress, and a picture of me, Devin, and Riley in our PJs. They all turned out so cute!! We had also gotten Riley's pictures professionally done at Sears and I just got those back today.

Thanksgiving

So we went to The Johnson's house for Thanksgiving, and I got Riley all dressed up from head to toe...she looked just so sweet!

Nana's Confirmation

My Mom (nana) got confirmed into the Catholic church on Sunday (this was two weeks ago) and we were all in attendance. After the amazing ceremony we celebrated at Giuseppe's. Riley was a good girl through the whole thing! And my, did she look pretty!

Riley Crawls!

On Saturday, November 21st Riley crawled! Yay!!!

A lot to update...

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been able to update lately...things have been busy and well, pretty crazy! But I have soooo much to share with you guys, you're going to be so excited! Riley finally crawled this past weekend which was just amazing, and being the very photogenic baby that she is I have many cute pictures of her taken at random. Enjoy!!!

Riley finally learned how to jump in her jenny jump up! She didn't know what to do when I first put her in it a few months back, but when she started bouncing in her exersaucer I figured it was time!

All Hallows Eve!

Today was a pretty chill day, Riley wore her baby cow costume to my work so I could show all my coworkers. We ran some other errands then came back home. I put Riley in her cute little Nightmare Before Christmas dress for the rest of the evening. She enjoyed gnawing on a teething biscuit while Andrew and I carved pumpkins. She was just toooo cute!

The Day Before Halloween

Mommy had a bunch of errands to run to get ready for Halloween, so we went to the store, bought some groceries, then headed home. After that we went out to Apple Farm for dinner and met up with Alicia. We went to Farmers Market where we saw tons of cute little kids in their Halloween costumes. It was pretty packed. Riley loved all the things to look at, and all the people gawking at her. She's such a happy baby!

Pumpkin Patch Round 2

So we had bought Riley a little pumpkin, but hadn't bought any for ourselves to carve. So I took Riley to the Reis Family Pumpkin Patch on Broad Street. It was great! They had little red wagons there to put your kids and pumpkins in. I took tons of cute photos of Riley looking at the pumpkins and sitting in the wagon. Everyone there was awwwing at her cuteness. She wore her "I love my mummy" onesie with her striped socks and little hair clip. We found the two best pumpkins in the patch!

Riley's Half Birthday

Riley's godmother Alicia was out of town on her actual half birthday, so we waited until the next weekend to have her half birthday picnic. It was an absolutely beautiful day out, I made cupcakes and Alicia brought the grub. We laid out the picnic blanket and munched on fried cheese and chicken wings. Lindsay joined us soon after to play with Riley. She had a great time!

Pumpkin Patch!

Today was nice and cool thankfully, after a hot hot hot week!! So I decided that we should make a trip down to the Avila Valley Barn and get a pumpkin! We met up with Alicia and took lots of pictures by the piles of pumpkins, checked out all the cute animals, and went on a hay ride. We helped Riley pick out this cute little baseball pumpkin which was a perfect size for her. We had a great time!! We'll be going back again soon because they were all out of their fresh apple cider which is sooooo good. Hopefully they'll have it when we go back!
